About Performance puppetshow
Inspired by Franz Kafka's short story <The Departure(Der Aufbruch)> this puppet performance invites the audience to gather inside a tent and listen to the story of a man who leaves just for the sake of leaving. Following this, a fantastic and extraordinary journey unfolds using automaton puppets, EDM, light, and shadow.
*Note: This performance takes place inside a tent and includes some strobe light scenes that may affect those with photosensitive epilepsy or photic seizures. Additionally, due to the use of a fog machine, those who have difficulty in enclosed spaces should take caution when attending.
About Artist
‘Long & Short Company’ is a one-person theater company by performance creator and performer Daeyeol Lee. He is interested in puppets, objects, comedy, and clowning, aiming to create light, cheerful, and simultaneously beautiful performances.
